It is Supreme Tastes Jiang Nan, #02-181/182. From cityhall mrt to raffles link, if you go by the overhead bridge into marina square, its right near the entrance to marina sq. Its in the area with Lady M, n lots of other cafes n restaurants. If you refer to the online map, its lvl 2, purple area, right beside the toilet at the bottom. QED
