Made a salad of greens, red onions, roasted pumpkin, leftover lamb roast & cubes of wolfberry, pumpkin seeds & nuts bread. Totally yummy.

Packed into the lunch box for tomorrow too.

I like pepper lunch~

And just to let you know, I have been drooling over your food. Thumbs up!

Thank you! :)

I like Pepper Lunch but I never take their sauces as I find them too salty. But it does look yummy from the photos! I might give it a try on Sat I think.

Just checked with United Bakery Supplies (the link Isabella shared a while ago), apparently, we can now purchase the butter in units of 10. No need to buy 40 or 60 at a go liao! :)
They oso sell pineapple paste, for those keen to make pineapple tarts but don't want the hassle of making the pineapple filling themselves.
Think Wizzy will like this

Ching

The united bakery guy just returned my call (give that man a beer). Apparently we still need to buy anchor butter in block of 40 (one carton) to get the $2.40 price (before GST). However they do have SCS butter at $2.75 (before GST) and we can get this pricing for any qty.

I usually just look out for the supermarket promos and buy the butter when it is retailing for around $3.

Me too. Me too. I particularly like the ntuc house brand butter :)

Just kneading a loaf of bread and now going back to sleep for a while. Lol
