Currently, I am looking for a really good and solid ergonomic chair, and basically spoilt by the choices we have in the market. Ideally I am trying to keep the budget below 2000ish, but am still open to choices. The choices I have in mind are as appended below:

[1] Herman Miller - Aeron - tested at xtra feels good but expensive at 1700 with full configurations

[2] Haworth Zody - dropped

[3] Okamura Contessa - need inputs to find and test

[4] Okamura Baron - dropped

[5] Ergohuman V2 - definitely feels better than Aeron at 600 bucks

I find that this chair very low. If only the maximum height is higher, then it would be more comfortable. The left arm rest gets loose very easily. Have already replaced the handle once. But now it's loose again. Think need to replace again..

Might be looking for new chair.

HM Aeron with posture fit, been using for 1yr. Mesh very taut, not sagging. 100kg here.

what do you mean by the aeron vs ergohuman v2 comparison? if price wasn't a factor, the ergohuman v2 still feels much better?

Ergo feels better, love the lumbar support, but the legs doesn't look that sturdy.
Aeron has size c which is larger, but at 1.5k without good headrest and lumbar support is a turn off. Have yet to try contessa, but I have already contacted the agent for trials.

Then Ergohuman v2 would be good for u. To be fair I am suffering from the conundrum that the more expensive chair will be better lol. Well Aeron has 12 years warranty after all.
