Want to upgrade my s5
So you think i should get the s7 instead?
Since the s7 launch date is so close
What do you think the price will be?
My budget about $1,200

Don't think 4/3 config. Like that phone will be more costly due to 2 LTE chipset inside.

Sent from Samsung Galaxy Note 5 using GAGT
Wah if really like that then not that good, hopefully SIM 2 slot also doubles up as an micro SD slot also haha

Your budget sure can get S7, maybe 32GB/64GB or S7 edge 32GB, if following how they price the S6 and S6 edge

Wait for the official announcement with all the confirmed specifications (hardware and software) in a couple of weeks' time then decide if S7 is the one that you want.

Usually newer generation of phone is better than the previous generation in terms of hardware and software unless certain hardware and software are removed in the newer generation which people may feel outraged why removed....

Yeah, I'm really interested as well. I think it's the first time Samsung launch a dual-SIM flagship (officially with warranty) at Singapore :)

I think with f1.7 and larger sensor, the camera maybe one of the best at the time of launch.

Based on Note4, the flash pics is much faster than LG V10 (despite a smaller aperture & absence of laser focus). Colour wise, Samsung phones seems to be more pleasing on the eye. And with LG V10 auto mode, the camera tend to always take photos @ f1.8 with low shutter speed (e.g. 1/9, 1/10, 1/25) which is very prone to blur image.

Wish list for S7 dual SIM
- independent microSD card slot
- ability to choose SIM 1 or 2 for data on the fly via settings
- 4G/3G combo will help to future proof the phone for Singapore as well as to use the phone in Korea (doesn't have 2G)
- front camera with a small flash (or at least use screen as flash)
- backward compatible with QC2.0 (reuse my accessories)
- knock knock wake up like LG G series
- removable battery
