What's a good replacement of the sr20 or just buy another roar?

What about the Marshall speakers sold in Challenger?

Anyway TS should go to Creative Labs fb page and warn new buyers on the review page.
I saw a number of people complaining about how their gadgets conk out around the 1 yr mark.

I also own a Blaster Roar and feels a little sick in my stomach now.

If I ever were to buy a "portable" speakers, I'll get the Riva Turbo X.

I see that they have a new model, a smaller Turbo S, I might consider that too.

When my Creative roar had problem with USB connection and Bluetooth. I took a video and showed it to their customer service. Before that I did a series of troubleshooting and asking them what am I missing.

The customer support in the end asked me to go to their service centre and do testing.. And they tested it was fine but They replaced it for me.

They told me Even though the warranty is over, I was able to get another new or refurbished roar speaker. I can't remember.

Now I bought their iRoar which is more ex.

Perhaps, taking video of the problem can help u guys a lot? Also, tell them nicely since they are human beings..

Maybe future buyers of portable bluetooth speakers can buy the Riva Turbo X or Riva S? I'm very interested in testing the hype that they sound like full speakers but I have zero need for a portable bluetooth speaker.

Support local . Another alternative to consider . Xmi

http://store.x-mini.com/

Good to see small things like these has been rolling out constantly by local companies , creative or XMI

Creative needs to up their products lineup QC and production manufacturing process , the continuing of cheapskate method used for producing its products must end .

I cannot believe spending off several hundreds of dollars then it give you the short life span ...

There are higher quality coming out from PRC DAP/AMP , audio products which are of a better build quality compared to their counterparts .
I'm starting to worry about my creative .

I'm not sure if Creative Roars are made in just PRC or have some other countries as well. Take my Bose Soundlink Mini II for example, mine's made in Mexico (bought last year just after launch) and recently my colleague also bought, but made in Malaysia.

So not sure if different batches are produced in different countries.
