How much RAM does your phone REALLY need in 2019?

Also want to add that ram management isnt just on the OS side. On app side, app developers can handle behaviour when user leaves app or switch to another app. If the app is designed to flush memory out and reload when app goes from active to background, then it is perfectly normal for app to reload. And is not a problem of phones lacking ram.

Can look up some simple tutorials on android app development to learn more.

Thinking of getting the 64gb XL but concerned of not enough memory. The 128gb version is out of Budget. Anyone find the 64gb too enough or any workarounds?

Iím quite dependent on onenote itself takes quite a lot of space. As for photos, wondering if even if I store my photos in Google photos, will the app itself and itís cache take up lots of space?

My wife and I are using the 2 and 2 XL respectively.

We are both on the 64GB. She took much more photos than me.

Our phones are still good.

Oh, thanks... I’m almost filling up the 2nd of my 256gb card in my Samsung now, that’s why I’m rather concerned. And I normally only take photos using the phone. Maybe I’ll stick back to the Samsung.
