AirPods 1 battery

My left side AirPods can only last 1 1/2 hours and drop very fast.
When the left side is dead, the right side still have about 50+ - 60+% left

Question is should I replace the left side battery or replace both, or wait until the left side completely dead then replace both?

Try manually set the mic to the right and see if you still experience faster battery drain on left side

With your airpods connected, go to the info section. Switch mic from auto to always use right.

How to do that

$90 per side for replacement. Might as well just buy a new pair.
Which was what I did. Bought AirPods 2

$60 used to be the price for airpod 1 replacement, but since launch of airpod2, price changed to $90 for both 1 & 2.

Seriously if no one has gone down Apple store themselves stop confusing others.

I changed at S$69 because it’s considered battery change. Only if you lost or maybe smashed one then it’s S$99.
