I donít think necessary.. these machines are just very durable.. if any defects like stain gate, Apple still cover warranty

Planning to get my very first MacBook, is it necessary to get AppleCare+?

Yah lor this year is an expensive year for me. Earlier this year bought the 2018 iPad Pro, then SS Series 6 (44mm), then 12 Pro Max and now MBP. I havenít included the accessories yet.

Iím getting the 13Ē M1 MBP, 512GB but with 16GB RAM, so have to wait around 3 weeks after ordering.

Iím thinking of getting the MacBook for usage. Wah yours is the high end config!
Thinking if the base model air would suffice for me, I only YouTube, Netflix, Spotify and web browsing.

MBA base model seems to be good enough for all tasks, including video editing, compared to the base MBP. So save some money and go for the MBA base model.

Yupz the Air would suffice for your needs bro. I chose the Pro as I do photo editing mainly.

Haha.... Usually I wouldn't buy so many in a year because my iPad Pro 10.5 died and I change MBP once every 5 years or so, somemore my current model is showing signs of failure already.

My only annual upgrade is the watch and phone.
