Mine ok leh. Asked once after i updated os. Never asked again.
Mine kept asking then gave a failure message. Not sure if it's some server issue or bug.

Edit: OK problem solved, I just simply sign out and then sign in again from main page.

Very buggy. Until now I still can't sign in to my Apple ID, keeps asking me to sign in despite keying in my password many times.
This issue many users kena, including me. Sign out of Apple ID and re-sign in. According to some affected users, this is the official fix from Apple.

Why? Is it because of 32 bit apps?

Isn’t that just a shortcut folder?

During the last macOS upgrade or file migration, some of your files couldn’t be moved to their new locations. This folder contains these files.
Files needing new locations
Some of your files had been in a location that is now incompatible with macOS security settings. These files were moved to the Security folder for your review.
If there are any files you want to keep, you can move them to a new location, as long as it is different from their location before the upgrade or migration.

The folder u see on the desktop is a short cut. Look at the icon closely. There is that short cut “arrow”.

I realised that after doing a clean install of Catalina on my MBP, I have 2 drives; a Macintosh HD and Macintosh HD - Data under my Disk Utility. Both drives are identical and I wouldn’t remove the latter.

I decided to downgrade to Mojave since many of my softwares are incompatible with Catalina. Created a Mojave bootable USB but instead of installing from that USB, it keeps going into INternet Recovery and reverting to Catalina installation. Any experience on this/
