USB-AC56

Hi I just got this adapter and have installed the drivers provided by the cd but unable to detect the 5ghz network.

Hello!

A couple of quick questions:

1)Which Router are you using? Do provide firmware version if it's an ASUS router.
2)Can you other devices(handphone, laptops, etc) see the 5GHz network and connect to it?
3)Please uninstall current driver and download this version from the web:
https://www.asus.com/sg/Networking/U...Desk_Download/

Hello!

1)router im using is Linksys model no EA7500 V2 from starhub. version is 2.1.1.5
2)yes my hp can detect

I have checked that my current version is the same as the one listed on the website u posted which is Utilities 2.1.1.5

Hello,

Do try switching the channels on the 5GHz band of your Linksys router. Also, can the USB-AC56 pick up any other nearby 5GHz signal?

1)router im using is Linksys model no EA7500 V2 from starhub. version is 2.1.1.5
2)yes my hp can detect
3)I installed the current driver from the cd provided in the box

I have checked that my current version is the same as the one listed on the website u posted which is Utilities 2.1.1.5
