Hey guys, just realized my ETA is still valid from last year, albeit, it will expire half way through during my stay. Does anyone knows if the ETA only need to be valid at the point of entry, or it has to be valid for the entire stay?

Anybody with actual experience?
The visa is granted with multiple entry. You can leave and re-enter Australia as many times as you want while it is valid. You can remain in Australia for 3 months after each entry.

at the time of entry.

That being said, if you want to reduce risk, you should contact the AU Borders or High Commission to get a black and white to validate your interpretation.

What people say on a public forum will not persuade what the immigration officer decides.

Will I receive any email with attachment, etc once ETA got granted? Or the app shows that ETA is granted will suffice?

Anyone can share what's the official web to apply ETA?
PSA:

When unclear, always access it via their respective embassy/high commission website.

go to singapore MFA

https://www.mfa.gov.sg/
you can validate that it is correct when u see it is .gov.sg

under "Overseas mission" drop down choose "FOREIGN REPRESENTATIVES TO SINGAPORE"

Look for australia and you can access their high commission website https://singapore.embassy.gov.au/

then from there you will know for sure the link they provided on their page is definitely the official web to apply for ETA

https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/visas/getting-a-visa/visa-listing/electronic-travel-authority-601
Note: For your own sake, don't follow my link directly. go explore it yourself and you can use my link to validate if you are going to the correct site and not some scam site

Hi,

For ABTC Card Holder, i think we don't need to do anything extra right? As long as there is "AUS" printed at the back of the card

Yeah, i went to the express lane, and the immigration office say it's fine don't need to show the APEC Card (maybe they trust the lane usher to validate that).

I didn't do any e-registration and she just scan my passport and i am through.
