Will be sad if Kino eventually shutter too, always like big bookstores since young, like walking into a big candy store.

Actually buying books in sg esp kino is quite exp.... Thats y ppl prefer to buy online or jus download ebooks...

whereas in UK there r many bookstores like waterstones ard... Even their supermkt n HMV sell books too...

Consider cheap liao, if ownself buy books online. The shipping costs is already a killer

get the books from kino sg's online store (cheaper than store) and get membership to get 20% off the online price. these 2 stack and you get free ship abv a certain amount.

I always buy from book depository, if not 2nd hand books from ebay or carousell....
