Reading this book is a yearly affair for me. I like to be reminded of unconditional love and true love exists :)

His books would inspire me if he'd not tried to blend religion (Christianity) with his message of a man overcoming tremendous odds. I guess Christians will derive a lot of motivation from his books. Alas, they do nothing for me.

I got friends loving the book even though they are non christians though. But I guess you make a fair point too. Nick is an evangelist so I guess it's just a reflection of walking the talk. I just like the way this book is being presented. Usually books are written on 1 persons account. This book is interesting because they have 2 accounts on the same issue. Maybe disregarding the biblical references, you may enjoy the book better :)

Started reading the English version for Crime and Punishment. It is pretty interesting as it is about morality and redemption.

Is your closet jam-packed and yet you have absolutely nothing to wear? Can you describe your personal style in one sentence? If someone grabbed a random piece from your closet right now, how likely is it that it would be something you love and wear regularly?

With so many style and shopping options, it can be difficult to create a streamlined closet of pieces that can be worn easily and confidently. In The Curated Closet, style writer Anuschka Rees presents a fascinatingly strategic approach to identifying, refining, and expressing personal style and building the ideal wardrobe to match it, with style and shopping strategies that women can use every day. Using The Curated Closet method, you’ll learn to:

· Shop smarter and more selectively
· Make the most of your budget
· Master outfit formulas and color palettes
· Tweak your wardrobe for work
· Assess garment fit and quality like a pro
· Curate a closet of fewer, better pieces

Including useful infographics, charts, and activities, as well as beautiful fashion photography, The Curated Closet is the ultimate practical guide to authentic and unique style.

World War Z by Max Brooks.

Very engaging read, and so different from the movie that shares the same title.

I'm starting on my second Edogawa Rampo collection. It's very Conan/Kindaichi. Got interested after watching Bungo Stray Dogs.

Reading far from the madding crowd by thomas hardy. Enjoying some proper literature, its a nice change of pace from contemporary prose.
