I'm not referring to the entire headlight unit. I'm referring to the two bulbs above the main ones. See picture for reference.

Does anyone know how to replace the bulbs in the area highlighted in red?

Think is the right/left turn signal? You need to refer to owner manual for correct type of bulb used.

If LED type, you may have to replace whole unit.

I think it's position/standing light.

Refer here for description. Figure 10.

Any workshop will be able to replace the bulbs inside (should W5W or T10 for local mechanic lingo).

Better to change to LED ones. Common issue that the bulb will generate too much heat and melt the wiring inside. Although heard LED bulbs there won’t pass inspection
