Nets flash card can be accepted at some locations, but you have to take it out from IU & scan it. Also ma fan.

Anybody knows whats the difference between ez-pay and vCashCard?
These are the main differences the last time I checked:

EZ-Pay: Limited to DBS and Citi cards

vCashCard: Can use any locally issued cards for payment. $0.50 top fee applies for some cards.

Currently, you can register for EZ-Pay with any VISA/MasterCard Credit or Debit Card issued by Citibank Singapore Limited (“Citibank”) and DBS Bank Singapore (“DBS”)

We are currently only able to accept VISA/MasterCard Credit or Debit Card issued by Citibank and DBS. EZ-Pay sign-ups. We regret that DBS AMEX cards are not accepted for registration.

There is no transaction fee for each vCashCard transaction. However, a $0.50 (GST inclusive) top-up fee is charged for each vCashCard top up.

For DBS/POSB Cards, UOB Credit/Debit Cards and Singapore issued Amex Cards, the fee of $0.50 per top-up will be waived till further notice.
