Bluesg accident that cost me $5500

Hey guys im new to this forum, just want to get any/all opinions on what i should do in my current situation;

Got into an accident in a bluesg vehicle while exiting carpark when car from opposite direction(entering carpark) clashed with mine and tore off my front right wheel(other parts of vehicle completely intact and undamaged)

My accident occurred in september 2020 and just a few days ago, i was charged $5500 by bluesg who labelled it as own damage excess cost.

Lost my job in august, therefore invested all my money in my home business. This led to me utilizing bluesg very often.
No breakdown was given to me and neither a reply from bluesg after that.

Anyone with similar experience? Could i get a heads up to what i can expect?

Hello,

Sadly, this is part of the conditions when you start the engine and drive off, but...

excess is Section 1 & 2, which should be $3000 each, total $6000 (before G). I don't think it's $5500, it should be $3000 before G.

One is for self claim one is for others claim you, I don't think BlueSG should ask for $5500.

It’s a claim, not a fine, so I doubt you will have to pay more than the current claim. If you have to pay more, then Cham Liao.. nobody dare to go SCT Liao.
