Which CC do you all use for downpayment?

Which CC do you all use for downpayment?

Do anyone use cc for downpayment to earn Cashback or miles?

Yes I did. Use it for the first $20K for downpayment to earn miles.

may i know which card did you use? For now, i am only aware those 1.4 miles per dollar card with no limit.

But i also know that there might be some cards which will provide more miles if you spend more within the next 3 mths.

Preferred those cards give cash rebates in return rather than miles. Miles can exchange for?

Stand chart unlimited or america express cash back card. Both got cash rebate

Manhattan and Manhattan world, each swipe $6.66k to get $200/each.
Use with wifey one... 6.66k x 4 to get $800 lor

Manhattan and Manhattan world, each swipe $6.66k to get $200/each.
Use with wifey one... 6.66k x 4 to get $800 lor
just check on this, this should be spend by quater basis.. even if you and your wife swipe separately. Within that quater, it is capped at $200 per card. So total should be $400...

furthermore, is paying for car downpayment consider as eligible purchases?

I did that, I have Manhattan and manhattan world, 2 cards each pax so 4 cards in total. Yes car payment considered. If you time ur purchase with the quarter... maybe can go for $800 x 2 heeehee!

We used grab (back when uob one top up can get 10% - 2 cards, $4k each mth) and remaining with manhattan. We also requested to make 2 time payments in separate months.
