Admin fee can negotiate... usually $200-$500

U prepare ard $3-5k should be enough for all these.

My avante that time i down more (got spare cash) about $7k. Freed i only down $6k.

Basically is first installment + insurance + road tax + admin fee

My relief bought a coe stream.. think dp only $3k

Dp 30-40% with pull x84months.

Else it is not wise at all to pull out with repayments max up to 120months - in-house bangali loan.

Eg... past 1 year i doing phv.

$70 (for my freed market rate) x 30 x 12 month = $25200 (ignoring any existing rebates. Cos is not auto given need to drive and clock kpi weekly to get)


If avante

$55 (ard this rate i think) x 30 x 12 month = $19800
Unless do short term. Rent better.

If buy

$1152 (ignore my high interest rates) x 12 mth = $13824
$150 servicing (cos warranty) x 12 mths (assume 10k every mth) = $1800
$13824 + $2500 (insurance) + $684 road tax + $1800 = $18808


My avante cheaper..

$752(iirc) x 12 mths = $9024
$50 servicing (acma cheap cheap) x 12 = $600
$9024 + $600 + $1500 insurance + $738 road tax = $11862

U saved ard $7k easily whichever car

Parking + petrol dun count cos is fixed cost and variable cost.

Used set, dp as much possible avoid finance coy interests etc.

I still feel... u should buy second hand car and dun rent...

Cos not easy to find cheap and well maintain cars these days (especially so many sign liao then return... whack gao gao)

At least u got your own car... u can decide how u want to maintain. Buy those left 1 year old car lesser risk. Buy drive scrap rinse and repeat.

Unless u intend to find new job... and dun want to commit to car ownership.
