For my PI 10 years loan all in @ $941. 7 years loan all in @ $1191, both at 0% NCD, 4.5% in house .
Oh yeah... I must be half asleep when I typed... I meant 7 years loan is $1220. Yours still cheaper by abit. Can PM total driveaway cost? and accessories included?

I think need to clarify. Your $1191 is the loan installment? What about road tax and insurance? Loan does not cover.
His should be same as my quote. salesman calculate for me de. Basically full loan installment multiply by 12 for total a year. Then he added road tax and estimated commercial road tax then divide by 12 for monthly lor.

Actually, values all quite close should be accurate la. But also depends how much they "estimate" commercial insurance to be.

How come they package in road tax and insurance?

Road tax still ok cos price is fixed by government and never change but insurance sometimes can be cheaper elsewhere...

Roadtax also can change. Should be just agar add-on. Not by installment.

The Monetary Authority of Singapore said it is working with other agencies to monitor these loans that financial and non-financial institutions are giving buyers.

Actually about the GPS erp. How crazy is it going to be? I can imagine taxi and phv will rather camp and refuse to drive till they get a ping or hail sia. Imagine erp clicking as one drives, not forgetting petrol too.

No one knows for sure now.

It sound scary as it is.

You drive you pay.

Imagine count by distance, no passenger driver pays. Hopefully not so.

I can visual the anti crime part. There is a joke if one wants to rob, it's safer to ride a bicycle liao. lol
I hope they can revise a separate regulation for taxi and fulltime phv.
The authority keeps saying want to reduce numbers of private vehicle ownership, thus the high cost owning one and better public transportation. But while the cost is going up, I don't see significant changes on the road congestion leh. Public transport is improving after the previous saga left behind by Saw.

You see the in-car camera thingy

In the end only authorize 2 workshop to install

Use backside also know no rental company will bother to waste effort to go install as it will be very long and downtime = loss of money

Dont be surprise if the distance erp roll out. But the machine they only authorize 5-8 workshop to install for the all the car in Singapore

How to do i ask you
