For normal Jazz, reading the few posts back, KM offering -$13000 for list price?? so 1.3L is even lower than 50k?

I think the list price is with $13k. Actual price is to deduct $13k.

example based on today price listing from KM website.
- actual price for Jazz 1.3 is $69,999
- list price for Jazz 1.3 is $82,999
is KM sales gimmick la..

changed engine oil for GE8 Jazz 1.3 (9.6yrs old) 2mths ago and the problem started again (stuck when changing gear, picked up not smooth).
after changing engine oil again, smoother driving on the road.
What will be the possible issue? gearbox or transmission issue? :s11:

*have not hit the next engine oil change mark
*the engine oil is shell helix ultra 5w-40
*filter is still clean

Maybe asking you to change to a new jazz ?

By the way, can a 1.3 jazz fit a 2 large luggages at the back boot space ?

bro you a bit confusing leh haha... ge8 is 1.5 right... and isn't gearbox == transmission?

anyway, what's the issue with the stuck-when-changing-gear? sorry didn't read past posts...

GE8 = 1.5L, GE6 = 1.3L, so which is which?

My understanding is that the GE Jazz-es use traditional auto gearbox not CVT of the Fit ... thing with the Fit is the (made-in-Thailand) CVTF and (made-in-Japan) HMMF do not last as long as specced, HMMF supposed to last 40k to change every major servicing, but any time after 20k your gearbox can start to act up. CVTF any time after 10k. Jazz should be using traditional ATF ... when was the last time you changed it out? You might want to try halving the change interval.

By the way, changing EO does not mean your atf. so it has nothing to do with your gear shifting.
Since it a 9.6 year old ride. clutch and flywheel will wear off already.
if it ever come back again. then let go. repair no point unless you going to renew.

it does not matter jdm or MIT. both using cvt part from GD times.

only GK to GP then got diff

I mean your ATF, not your engine oil ... unless you’re saying you currently change your ATF every 10k :eek:

If e.g. for CVT gearbox, HMMF specced to change every 40k, halve it to change after 20k instead.
