Couple things you can try-
1. Glass cleaner, mrmuscle, cif, windex etc type plus cloth, plus elbow grease
2. dishwashing liquid, little bit mixed into warm water, plus cloth, plus elbow grease

These two ways both should do it with a bit of effort. I've also heard some people use vegetable oil, also need to rub with cloth.

Apply layer Turtle wax Goo Gone equivalent.
Let it sit for couple mins & wipe off.
Easy.

Fyi, pls do not use it on uncoated car paint areas. It will literally "Goo gone" your paint.
From personal experience, its that powderful.
