Is it possible to appeal speeding fine?

of course, as they said medical emergencies is the "gate" for it to even be considered, but not necessary mean it will be successful.
To increase the success in such cases, writing a compelling appeal is needed.

yep with medical emergencies as a reason to even pass the gate to be considered.

TP donít bother appeal. Unless got valid reason; like real emergency, otherwise u be just wasting ur time. On the bright side, if below 20km/h speeding, first timer, should be warning only. So just submit ur name first.
