Exclamation Sharing of my Blue SG accident experience

I am a blue sg user for about 3mth already, last week i had an accident in one of their car park, and i hit the back windshield and it broken into pieces.

After reporting to them and have a meeting with their staff, i was notified the i need to pay 500+ for replace the windshield and 100 for insurance admin fee.

The insurance is not covered for cost below $2000, therefore for most of the users i believe you will never get any insurance claim if you have an small accident by driving the Bluesg.

they say the parts of the car is not available in singapore therefore need to order from oversea. that is the reason why the cost is so high. and even though you not claim the insurance they will still charge you insurance admin fee cos it stated in their T&C.

Not complaining this cos it is my fault for the accident.

just want to inform the users of Bluesg, their way of handling the accident is not very transparent. and the insurance is also not covered for most of the circumstances.

maybe TS wanna scrutinize the T&C ...

usually excess for windscreen replacement is different from excess for accident/damage

Ts that is excess for insurance
U buy your own car is same
Like mine is $800 excess so anything below $800 I will not be able to claim.
Your is rental car excess of 2 k is very reasonable . U don’t except paying $15 a month and walk away with no excess ?
IIIUSION and arctician like this.

usually excess for windshield is ~$100. Not same as excess for other accident which is typically more, $500 or more. Depending on your individual insurance T&C. But windshield is usually a flat rate.

You're talking personal insurance. Commercial insurance can be very different.

I believe BlueSG excess is 2000+2000 (excluding G).

Ts break rear windscreen, its not covered by the $100 excess for Front Windscreen.
