If have usa psn plus and then I activate as main ps4, even i sign in Asia psn also can play with Asia people right?

I think should activate the one with PSN+ as main(I cant remember)
so that the psn+(actually the multiplayer online access sh1t) is applied across all accounts

or just need one account to have PSN+

as long as one of your accounts have psn plus, the rest of the accounts will have access to multiplayer online but cant remember need to activate the one with psn + as main

That's correct.
Only need 1 account to have PS Plus in order to play online, even on the account without PS plus.

Most of us here activate their US PS Plus account as primary as Asian PS Plus members has very weak offer for the free games offered monthly
