oops haha. the extended warranty voucher is brand new and was only scratch of the grey layer by me yesterday.

is the limited edition white PS4 withe the game in it. 12 months PS+ voucher code card and extended 1 year warranty voucher code card.

Local set? you might need to redeem the code using a SG(Asia) PSN account.
Are you using an US PSN account?

Strange I saw shops selling it with 15 months warranty, $639 right?

Use US PSN account to redeem....
but abit pointless since repair need to send back to US...

no la just a picture only. asia.playstation.com also have that verison also 2 years. my is bought from funz centre

i bought mine from sony and no problem with the extra 1 year warranty and asia psn plus code. straight away input can use liao.
