Is there a list of ps4 games that i should avoid buying it 2nd hand?

Still new to ps4 system.
Heard that some games comes with dlc that only can be used once.

I don't mind not having dlc with extra in-game items.
But those with extra contents/story are important.

I read it somewhere that telltales games is a good example of such dlcs.

there's quite a number. so it's better for you to ask the games that you wish to buy whether do they have DLC or not.

one thing is some "GOTY" games like ff15 or batman have extra contents/story are redeem only once DLC.

Googled and found i need to learn all this dlc and regions thing.
Some dlc only for particular region only.
Even some games with name "complete edition" contain one time dlc.

all dlc are 1 time, once claim by another person you cannot claim. buying preown are already cheaper than retail if you want dlc then preown is not for you

maybe you can roughly tell us what type of game you like and we can advise you accordingly

but the guys are correct; some games are sold physically but come bundled with a digital code. especially those with additional bonus content, or those requiring online subscription eg FF14

to get started, maybe go for god of war, or assassin's creed series... these are quite good games even if the additional content codes are no longer valid, as they are not very essential. spiderman is still quite new and not cheap, but you wont have any regrets buying it. horizon zero dawn is a good choice too.

telltale games often come with a code to download the episodes, depending on version it is hard to promise you if a used copy allows you to have the complete experience.
fortunately they are not very costly even if brand new.

I like open world/survival type game.
Prefer 3rd player than 1st player games.

HZD, GOW and assassin creeds.
Yakuza series.
Dragon quest.
Ninokuni 1 and 2
Persona5

There are more games i want but will try to get these first.

Too many games but limited $$ thats why seeking which game can be bought 2nd hand w/o losing any important dlc.

An easy way for u find and buy great games are....
PS4 Exclusives....get them all.
This will get u started to "Greatness"
Any other multi-platform games.....
Can slowly buy and play.
People buy PS4 is because of the numerous EXCLUSIVES.
