Faulty GPU or motherboard

Yesterday my pc was working perfectly fine, until today my pc stopped showing display and the EZ DEBUG LED starts flashing on the VGA led

Strip my pc and rebuild it couple time
Resetted CMOS and it is still not working

I bought this a pc off at 31/8/19 off a carouseller
Replaced the MB at 15/2/20
Both the GPU(no box or receipt) and Motherboard got the corbell stickers
Am i eligible for a RMA on my GPU or Motherboard?

Stupid apps doesnt let me upload any pics

You can bring the mainboard down for a check.
If the GPU is our stock, you can bring it down to check as well.
