You can create an interest free hire purchase (installment plan) and receive a rebate using OCBC's Cashflo Credit Card. The annual fee is $160.50, there's a 2 year annual fee waiver, and subsequent annual fees are waived with spending of at least $10,000/year.

....But does this merchant accept credit card payments at all, even if you make a full payment up front?
