Effectively for the transactions after Oct.5 (not Oct.4 as stated by Citi), I think.

They should put at the same time when they announced the changes one month earlier. Put so late confused both card holders and citi CSO.

I am on One Bill for town council payment. Too lazy to cancel the auto deduction.

If I pay 2 weeks ahead of the payment date, I suppose the auto deduction will not go through?

Is there any difference in rebate between:
1. paying Singtel bill through their website OR
2. using Citibank One Bill?
