Credit Card that Rewards for EZ-Link, Insurance, University/Medical Fees, Phone & Util Bills, etc.

I'm looking for a credit card that provides cashback/miles/rewards for these spending:
1. EZ-link top-ups (via EZ-reload or manual top-ups at TransitLink Add Value Machines)
2. Prepaid card top-ups (YouTrip, NETS Flashpay, etc.)
3. Payment of phone & utility bills
4. Payment of insurance premiums
5. Payment of university & medical fees
6. Payment via PayPal
7. Cryptocurrency purchases (Coinbase, Crypto.com, etc.)

Any suggestions? Thanks!

Phone bills not a problem with most cards. Ezlink, Citi smart give 2%.

I looked at Citi SMRT Card but it seems like they exclude "bill payments", "educational instituitions","insurance" & "top-ups or payment of funds to payment service providers, prepaid cards and any prepaid accounts". ☹️

Wondering if there's a card that covers a few, if not most of these spending? Or would it be better to sign up for multiple cards or use Cardup etc. instead?

1,2 is excluded regardless of which card you use.
3 included if you want to try out some cards. Citi Cash Back card works.
4,5 use cardup + UOB One
6 excluded.
7 not sure.

3. Most card (like BOC Family) provide cash rebate for telco bill. For utility, thatís the hard part. Donít think any credit card give any reward for utility

UOB one still gives rebate for utilities?
SCB VI also gives points for over counter payment at SP, I believe.
POSB Everyday card gives 1% rebate for recurring utility bill payment, IIRC.
