Does anyone knows what's the number of points needed to offset purchased to get the cashback?

DBs either makes it difficult or didn't say, to allow one to make an informed decision.

Using the usual cash credit to points conversion based on redemption doesn't make sense also since
1) the value of a point differs per amount of cash redeemed.

2) the cash redemption is in 10,20,500,1200.

The rate is 1 point to 1 cent so with this promo you get 1 point to 1.5 cent effectively.
