Instead of paying one-time for each conversion, u are paying for a year of unlimited conversion provided each conversion is minimum 10k miles.

If u are converting miles at one shot once every few years, u will need to enrol for the conversion then cancel before it auto-renew the next year

There are pros and cons for both cards. I personally prefer DBS though as points dun expire and points not rounded down to nearest $5 spend and get points even if annual fee not waived. More importantly, I am getting points from live fresh card and woman world mastercard also. All of which I can convert to miles by just paying one time annual fee of $42.80.
How about citi premiermiles vs DBS altitude? Which is better?

For those who wants extra miles, can consider getting this card.

https://www.americanexpress.com/sg/c...r-credit-card/

First transaction (any amount) they will give you 5k miles as a welcome.
Next spend $700 within 6 months entitled another 3k miles.

I just received mine yesterday.
First yr fee need to pay right?

Both are identical only that Citibank charge $25 per miles conversion and does not earn 3 miles/$ for online flights and prepaid hotel charges.

In fact both cards are good to have if u wanna earn miles by paying annual fees

Edit:

DBS Altitude
S$1 = 3 miles on online flight & hotel transactions (capped at S$5,000 per month), such as
singaporeair.com agoda.com
cathaypacific.com expedia.com.sg
qatarairways.com airbnb.com.sg and more!

3miles/dollar for online flight/hotel booking. Other local spending (regardless online or not) 1.2 miles/dollar. Spending in foreign currency 2miles/dollar.
