Is DBS Esso card best for petrol now?

With all the new changes to T&C for dividend card it seems that its not so good now.

Which is the best card for Esso now - DBS Esso or still dividend? Not sure I'm able to spend $888 a month to reach the rebate amount. Looking at the T&C, its maximum $25 rebate per category of petrol/grocery/etc. Too chim to keep track. I want a use and forget card... Like how the dividend card was before they changed it.

Also, which is best for Shell cos I may just switch if it has better discounts.

I'm really not interested in cards like the UOB one card which requires you to keep track of expenses to get the rebate.

Change the card and petrol to POSB Everyday at SPC.
20.1% discount (15% member, 6% rebate).

(By comparision, discount with UOB ONE is up to 22.6% now.)

Its still good if one spends on groceries and dining. Just need to plan wisely and have alternative cards when u reach the limit ofr $315 for each category.

Yes I agree. Its good only if you can be bothered to monitor your spending in each category and don't exceed. Too much of hassle. I will cancel dividend card soon.

Its either DBS Tiger Esso card if esso or I may just jump to shell or SPC.

I find shell has better fuel consumption although its a bit more expensive.

Posb everyday card for spc is the best

Straight 6% cash rebate no questions asked. No spending requirement also. Easy to use and worry free

Pump small bike also got rebate. Not like most card that need u to spend $50 min.

Not the quality.

They don't publish their prices online which makes me harder to do my decision making. Therefore I don't buy from them.

Yes. SPC and everyday card seems to be the best most consistent card for discounts. 20.1% for all petrol spend.

Alternative is DBS Esso mastercard with $70 voucher. They give you $5 vouchers that are valid over the next 4 months. $5 use each time.

So 17% discount + $5 voucher works out to be 20.8% discount for $130 tank of fuel.
