Is there a minimum amount under which refund is not granted?

I have multiple NETS FP cards but I discontinued using them once the ABT TransitLink trial started. I have small amounts left on them - 4.50 dollars / 13 cents / 3 dollars. Do I need to forget about it, or will the Transit Link office refund this - even 13 cents?

Are people holding on to their NETS FP cards for any reason or dumping them?

Go the new SAM kiosk and pay your telco bills by choosing the NETS-FP option. Last I check, no minimum sum required. So you just have to do 3 times for the 3 cards.

Alternatively, go to those ATM that allow you to refund, but this will make your card invalid for further use.
