You need to terminate the nets flashpay atu (at selected nets self top up machine) first , wait 14 working days for the termination process, then go transitlink office or selected ocbc/dbs ATM for the refund.

If more of us send in feedback, maybe they will do something about it. Strength in numbers.

Thanks!

IS THERE A LIMIT TO HOW MUCH I CAN TOP UP USING THE CREDIT AND DEBIT CARDS?

The maximum stored value of a CEPAS card is S$500.
However, there will be a maximum payment limit of S$100 per credit / debit card per payment mode per day. Meaning, you can top up S$100 with your physical credit / debit card (insert or contactless) and another S$100 by mobile payment option, which amount to a maximum of S$200 per credit / debit card per day.
Please also note that the maximum denomination for top-up at the GTM is $40 per transaction

Since we can top up our cepas via GTMs, are auto-reloads still relevant to get rebates? Like the Citibank SMRT card.

Sent from the thirsty hippo under the sink that you forgot using GAGT

Please correct me if i am wrong,

to add, i think we can only ATU every 4 days (the min waiting period to ATU). Correct?

correct me if i m wrong, thot NFP ATU only triggered on public transport, car parks & ERP ? (ie not at retail points)

Yes. The latest posts above is about depleting amounts in NFP cards, not really related to NFP ATU.
