how to redeem the free sony tablet s?
On the form, you will be asked to choose btw 30K miles or sony tablet. I believe you will get the selected choice once your card is approved.

if you have chosen the Tablet, they will send you a letter of redemption in 14 days, so they say.

It is a separate card and I believe that HSBC will get Priority Pass to send upon approval.

It's a membership program that grants you access to many airport lounges in many countries. hclee01 gave the link above. http://www.prioritypass.com/

For travel within Asia, it is better to book through HSBC as the lounges should be better than Priority Pass lounges (correct me if I'm wrong). I will only use Priority Pass if I can't book through HSBC.

is this the standard, standard plus or prestige membership plan? Each seems to have some form of limitation. Anyone know which one hsbc is providing for this card?

It is indicated in the welcome pack that it is unlimited access.
