Just curious, has anyone has supplementary cardholders access the lounge by themselves? ie doesn't need the presence of principal cardholder? Because I notice they allow up to 5 supplementary cards for free. That's quite good compared to other credit cards such as Citi Prestige

Anyone knows if renewal will get 35,000 miles?

Officially, HSBC does not give miles for annual renewal.

Unofficially, you could ask. They MAY give you some miles (less than 35k miles, but some) for your renewal. I suppose this depends on how much you spend on the card, and there is no consistency on this.

was offered only 20K. Doesn't seems that good. Any experts here get a full 35k? How to ask for it?

Extension of benefits

Complimentary limo rides and expedited immigration benefits accrued in 2020 are now valid until 31 December 2021.

These can be added to the usual cap of 24 limousine services and 24 expedited immigration clearance services for calendar year 2021.

HSBC has also reduced the number of Reward points for annual fee waiver from 130,000 to 105,000 (equivalent to 42,000 miles), or 79,000 (31,600 miles) for HSBC Premier customers.

No discussion on this card recently....1st time with HSBC, thinking of applying this for mileage and lounge. Any good or bad or rather go for Citi Prestige?
