Please rest assured that we are currently working on this, and will update again on the release date.

In the meantime, should you require clarifications on your transactions for 10X OCBC$, do leave us a private message with your contact details, and we’ll be in touch.

I have answer from OCBC call center, according to her, the balance of 9x bonus point will only appear by the end of following "physical" month! Since my statement is 20 Jun 2017, the balance point only appear after the end of following "physical" month, ie. end of July 2017. Therefore, the bonus points will not appear in 20 July 2017 statement but 20 August 2017 statement. I can understand and accept the bonus points to be reflected by the following months statement but not the third month! I don't think I will continue to use this card!

Hi wahwah2,

Thank you for your feedback.

We would like to share that cardmembers will be able to check on their OCBC$ via the rewards page as well: https://internet.ocbc.com/rewards/

Should the transaction be posted by the merchant by June, you will be able to see the 9X rewards reflected in your rewards account in end July. If the purchase was made late June, and was only posted in July, you should be able to see the 9X transaction by end August.

Hi elnewbie,

The rewards portal will not show the breakdown of the OCBC$ accorded per transaction.

Should you wish to check on your OCBC$, do drop us a PM.

We will arrange for our service executive to call and advise.

If I didn't remember wrongly, the max you could get is actually 48K miles as per card MAX is $12K for 10x points? Unless of course, you had used 1 x blue + 1 x pink...

Oh well, too late for that. My bad. But it is ok. 48k miles is good. :) Thanks!

Did u use the card or Samsung pay?

If you used the card, I'm not sure if Gain City is in the list of approved MCC codes.

Hi lasnoblur,

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to learn that you were not granted 10X reward on your transaction.

We would like to clarify that 10X Rewards will be given to the Merchant Categorisation Code (MCC) as stated in our Terms & Conditions - https://www.ocbc.com/assets/pdf/card...ons.pdf?rand=1

MCC is determined by the merchants and its' acquiring banks.
