Posted from PCWX using ALP-L29
Hi there,

The cardholder & an accompanying guest will enjoy complimentary visits to the Plaza Premium Lounge.

If you are enquiring for a 5 year old child on top of the accompanying guest & yourself, charges will apply. It will only be free of charge for an accompanying infant who is aged 2 & below.

For more details, please visit: https://www.plazapremiumlounge.com/

Hi there,

May we clarify if you are referring to the $10,000 annual service fee option where customers will be awarded 500,000 Voyage Miles?

Do note that this has been discontinued since 1 September 2018.

Please feel free to let us know if you have any other queries.

Hello, Just signed up for the Premier Private version. May I know if sub cards are entitled to unlimited lounge access just like the principal card? I have a big group travelling with me in Mar 19. The TnC if i not pajiao, only put cardholders which by right should include sub cards but just want to make sure. IIRC i read from past posts that it does include sub cards, but does it include the full benefits?

Hi there,

Our Voyage Card currently do not have a Paywave function.

Please be assured that your feedback will be shared with the relevant department for consideration. If there are any updates on this, we will be sure to share on this thread.

May we also clarify if you are still unable to add your Voyage Card to Google pay?

Customers can provision all OCBC Consumer Cards (Debit & Credit) into their compatible Android device for Google Pay except for Corporate Credit & Debit Cards which are not allowed.

There are several ways where you can add eligible OCBC Cards onto Google Pay:

1) Android Device can be added through the Google Pay app

-Launch the app & tap on the "+" symbol
-Enter details manually for new card or from the list of cards that is saved on your Google Account
-Accept OCBC T&Cs on the card
-Tap on the text message tap to receive OTP
-You can authentic yourself via SMS or by calling our contact center
-SMS OTP will be sent to your system registered contact number
-Tap on 'submit' to proceed

2) Payments.Google.com can manage the saved card list that stored in the Google account

-Customer need to sign into their Google account
-Click on 'payment method' to proceed
-You will be able to choose/remove/set card as default

3) Choose from Card that had been saved in your Google Account

-Click on Google Pay App
-Click on wallet
-Choose a card from Google account

Please feel free to let us know if you require any further clarification on this.

Hi members, did anyone using Voyage noticed a decrease on service since Voyage changed service company to Lifestyle Group from John Paul?

I had two incidents where I asked them to provide me with information with clubs / bar in Singapore. They gave me wrong information both of the time and I needed to validate the information provided. What is the point of a concierge?

Anyone else noticed a difference since the change?
how did you find out that they changed the concierge service company?

Thanks Boss. Probably will sign sub cards so more ppl can go in . i cheapskate

One other query, tia gong from another Premier Private cardholder say lumosine to airport is complimentary and unlimited . May i check if its really unlimited or got any TnC behind it and if this applies to only principal cardholder or can sub card utilise this benefit under the principal card holder account . I believe need to verify identity before boarding the lumosine right so can sub card book or need main card holder to book and be physically there?
