Thanks tiger. Assuming if I receive my card on the 10 of the month, will my 1st bill comes 10 of next month or it will be 1st of next month?
I am not sure about your first statement date. Mine is always on 27th of the month even for the month of February.

Hi OCBC, how is the billing cycle for voyage card? End of every month you will send us the bill then we are given 20 days to make payment?
Hi there,

The repayment period will be 24 days inclusive of statement date. If the due date falls on Saturday/Sunday/Public Holiday, the payment due date will then fall on the previous working day.

The default billing cycle for the Voyage card is set on the 27th. Your statement will be generated on this date, and will be available within 7 business days.

The billing cycle can be changed. If you would like us to look into your account and confirm on your billing cycle, or to change it, please drop us a private message with your bank registered mobile number.

If I were to clock $3000 for the limousine ride, is it based on billing cycle which is 27 Nov to 27 Dec? Or is it based on actual month (1 Nov to 30 Nov)?

Hey there

It's based on calendar month

So for the $3,000 spend to be counted as October's spend, the transactions need to be posted in October.

Hi

The complimentary service can only be booked by the Main cardholder. You can arrange for your sister to be the passenger, but the point of destination or originating destination has to be the Main cardholder's residential address

Personally I donít think that is a problem but depends on ur pay also. If you are earning $80 to 100k, maybe possible. $50k range maybe difficult.

Their requirement is at least spend $60k to get annual fees waived off. Not easy for someone who earns below $80k unless u donít mind paying the annual fees. They actually quite strict about the annual fees waiver
Even though I did not spent more than 60k this year, according to my Sep statement, the annual fee for next anniversary year will be waived.

Hi OCBC,
I have a question regarding the Voyage Credit Card 2019 Promotion.
Would I be eligible for the complimentary one-way transfer limousine if I spend the required S$1500 in foreign currency in eligible spend categories (eg hotel, transport bills), and I spend all these in Dec 2019 itself (and posted by end-Dec).
Can I book the limo before I spend the full amount ?

Thanks.
AlexK.

Good afternoon Alex

Thanks for your query

You can refer to Clause 2 - Transfer Service of the updated T&Cs: https://www.ocbc.com/assets/pdf/card...-programme.pdf

You can avail yourself to the complimentary service, as long as the spend is done within the same month (based on posting date). So yes, you can book the service before spending.

If the minimum spend is not met, the fee for the limo service will be charged to your Voyage card

Hi OCBC,
Not sure if this question has been asked:
Is charges incurred on YouTrip topup contributes to VM, Limo quota and AF waiver quota?
Thanks!

Definitely no VM. Also no VM for topping up Revolut.

previously: main card and sub card can bring 1 guest each into the premier lounge
Then: main card can bring 1 guest in and sub card cannot
Now: both card members cannot bring guest in.

Super jialat. Lol! While we are hoping they improve some perks, OCBC screw it up.

Plaza Premium is not useful, no lounges in BKK (Suvarnabhumi Airport), DPS (Bali), MNL (Manila) and nothing at all in Japan.

For Vietnam, OCBC list of lounges include SGN (Ho Chi Minh City) and HAN (Hanoi) but not listed in Plaza Premium website.

And for South Korea, Plaza Premium website include ICN (Incheon) but OCBC list did not include ICN. Not sure can use or not?

Also, insurance premiums won't earn any VM now.
