Heys your not the only one. I had to make 7 calls to Citi and each time explain about the promo I participate in. Seems like their CS getting bad these days
Some more they say need approval and escalate. Where got promo need approval and escalate

The StarWars promo is quite bad. They told me within 3 days all redeems already but they did not update the website and continue to send out SMS to promote StarWars
dang, i thought i kind of forgot and still waiting for the SMS lol. I thought i will clearly be the first 1000 to spend $5000.. apparently not :\

The luggage is a hand carry luggage with no TSA lock. Doesn't look star wars at all.

Not much loss so don't worry too much

hey guys, i have a lump sum insurance payment to be made on my Citi PM CC, just called the CSO and she couldnt verify if PRUDENTIAL insurance will earn me any miles.

Anyone have experience with paying PRUDENTIAL insurance premiums with Citi PM and earn points ?

on a lighter note... MANULIFE insurance premiums got me miles.

Good card ?

Hey guys - am thinking of applying this card soon as I have been traveling very frequently for work and I think all the miles accumulation + priority pass benefits + free travel insurance could come in handy without the hassle. (My work requires me to sort out my own travel plans and get reimbursed later)

I note the $192 annual fee, could that be waived or are they very strict with it ?

Good card to go for ?

Any advise, tips and pointers would be much appreciated !

Thanks !
