Will bank decrease credit limit / cancel existing cards if...

Helping my neighbour ask who is a foreigner. Her pay was 50k+ in 2016 but 2017 change job become 45k (below requirement of 50k). Will bank decrease her limit or even cancel all her existing cards since her salary now falls short of minimum requirement of 50k?

No. The bank won't even know of her salary change.

Reason is she wants to apply new boc shengsiong card. She already has a family card. So she's worried the new application may be rejected and will cause existing family card to be canceled also

She only earned 50k+ when she applied for family and got it. So 60k is not strict
