Can a sole proprietor setup a Singapore Chamber of Commerce

Apparently it can, and it can also be named as "Singapore Chamber of Commerce." Accra allowed it to happen, then the Government say it is not recognized. Contradiction right.

In News: Singapore News :CHAMBER OF COMMERCE (SCCI) created by Singaporean zhou wentong IN SINGAPORE NOT RECOGNIZED BY SINGAPORE GOVERNMENT

Xu Fangda, Minister of Trade and Industry and Senior Minister of Education of the Ministry of Education, said that the "Singapore Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) " is not a government-recognized chamber of commerce and has nothing to do with the Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCCI).

Google news: SCCI

Some monkey did that and represent singapore to sign agreement with 15 trade association all over the world.

Who want to be next to setup Singapore Hardwarezone Chamber of Commerce"
