I think you are right - > 60% of TSMC customers are from US coy. Makes good business sense to toe US Gov order while exiting Chinese market and close its billion$ plants in China asap. I think Huawei, along with the rest of China's tech biz will died a pitiful death. Good time now to "sideline" China now. HA!

TSMC is introducing 5nm soon while tiongs foundries are still struggling with 14nm.

Unless the Chinese companies been hiding in plain sight , they are miles behind in Semicon.

I do think they in the game for LAM though as the starting point for these not so long ago and can leverage relatively mature technologies.

Let the facts speak for themselves instead of being emotional

TSMC is already in 2nm. Chipset is not a child play. It is almost impossible for China to catch up if US stopped the transfer of technology
