NUS MSc Environmental Management - 9K

Or

Newcastle University (Singapore) MSc Process Safety & Risk Management - 15k

Working as a Safety and Health Manager. NUS more prestige, cheaper but not really relevant to my career. Newcastle very relevant to my career, but slightly more ex and is distance learning programme.
