Camcorder for indoor sports/games

Camcorder for indoor sports

Currently, recording with Sony rx100 compact cam
Quality is good as sensor size is 1

Problem is, the maximum recording time is only 30min per clip

Any suggestion for a camcorder that is within $1500?

rx100 is not exactly a camcorder. the FDR-X3000 looks more like a camcorder, at least it's body. haha

Anyhow, the m7 can shoot continuously as long as you've got juice, card space and the cam doesn't overheat such that it goes into shutdown mode.

it is a very powerful compact camera.

Thanks
Didnt know the rx100vii can record more than 30min at a go

For the fdr-x3000, I m sure the quality is sub-par compared with rx100vi
Especially with indoor lighting

Do you take indoor clips frequently?
What are you using?

i'm using the rx100vii
u can connect it to a powerbank and shoot for as long as your card space allows.

fdr-x3000 is quite an old camera already but still packs a punch with its 4k capability. I used to watch Harald Baldr@ youtube and he shoots with it for his travel vlogs. It's more like an action cam. I was contemplating between getting it vs the new GoPro8 (back then) and got the latter. There STILL hasn't been any new upgrade to it whereas the GoPro is already at it's 9th iteration
