Lumix lx7k

Anyone can tell me the difference btw this lx7k which i saw selling at amazon as compare to the normal lx7 in singapore. Is it adviceable ti get this lx7k as it is selling about at around 299usd

I think its only on the color DMC-LX7K means black, DMC-LX7W is for white

Some manufacturer sell the same product in different region with different model number. But it is still the same thing except maybe for the power supply, you need to take note.
