if you really want to improve your english, the best place will be British Council.

IELTS and TOFEL is for pple want to enter university or migrate

IELTS and TOFEL is for pple want to enter university or migrate
PTE also. Maybe should have a thread on this too

British Council recommend to take their IELTS test. But moi concern is that it's not easy to score

Straits Times trains moi critical thinking. Will critical thinking be useful to do well in these tests?
