if someone happily factory resets his phone for 21 times.. i would also think it's a user problem.. and it's quite a serious one.. maybe need see doctor.

This explains it very well. I'm just unlucky i didnt read this before signing up.

My flexi plan has been inactive since Nov 18 till Aug 19 as the circles.life sim was in my old phone that I could not find until now. SIM is still working fine thou

may I know what is the cheapest and easiest way to port a Singtel pre-paid line to Circles flexi $0 plan? Have collected some info for the porting below. Singtel GOMO seems to be the way to go, assuming no registration or other hidden charges.

Appreciate any advice, especially from those who have gone through the process before.
