Instead of developing crowd level indicator AT THE STATION ITSELF

SMRT should go and adapt the SGSecure app and have something for people to get timely info on train delays.

Or if already got such app, please SIC. Thanks!

MRT has always been the faster and more comfortable mode of transport for many years.. Personally I prefer MRT to bus.. but now of course need to consider the bus option due the lack of reliability of our MRT system.

Not bad.. 10 or 20 consecutive days without any delay is pretty good based on recent performance.
